VOLLEYBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Minnesota Vantage Volleyball is now offering strength and conditioning sessions to volleyball players from other clubs!
We are offering specialized sessions geared towards players who are currently in season. Training will be at an appropriate intensity for the in-season player,
challenging but yet will not interfere with your practice or tournament efforts.
We are offering a trial package at the low price of $86 for 12 sessions. There are multiple dates and times, choose any 12 from the schedule. You are not required
to pre-schedule your times. Attendance is on a drop in basis.
Group size will be 1-10 players. Only 10 spots are available, so sign up early, spots will fill fast!

MN Vantage Volleyball is committed to training players at the highest level. We strongly believe that conditioning and performance
training is a key component to training the complete athlete. A well conditioned volleyball player will be less prone to injury and will be
better able to consistently perform at their peak. Our Strength and Conditioning Program is offered at no additional charge to the player.

Wendy Breault Strength and Conditioning Coach from Vantage Sports Performance
Wendy Breault is in her third year
providing Volleyball Specific Strength and Conditioning Training for In-season J.O. and Summer Camps. She is an experienced athlete
having played high school varsity Volleyball, Basketball, Softball and Track. She played DIII Basketball at University of Wisconsin Stout.
Wendy has an educational background in Exercise Physiology and Psychology. She has over 20 years of experience coaching youth and high school
athletes. She is currently a candidate for CSCS Certification and is an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
