Kurt Theinen Strength and Conditioning Supervisor from Vantage Sports Performance

Kurt Threinen is a four time NCAA All-American and Hall of Fame Athlete from St. Cloud State University.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Biomechanics (Exercise Science). He is a USATF Level II Throws Coach and has 15 years of coaching experience ranging from High School to Division I College Athletes.  So far Kurt has coached  11 National Qualifiers, several of whom went on to become All-American.  Last year Kurt provided pre-habilitation, injury prevention training and was involved with the strength and conditioning program design for Minnesota Vantage Volleyball.  This year Kurt will be developing a Track and Field Club and will be holding Throws Clinics for Vantage Sports Performance. Kurt will continue to assist and provide consultation for the Vantage Volleyball Program.

 

Wendy Breault Strength and Conditioning Coach from Vantage Sports Performance

Wendy Breault is in her third year of providing Volleyball Specific Strength and Conditioning Training for In-season J.O. and Summer Camps. She is an experienced athlete having played high school varsity Volleyball, Basketball, Softball and Track. She played DIII Basketball at University of Wisconsin Stout. Wendy has an educational background in Exercise Physiology and Psychology. She has over 20 years of experience coaching youth and high school athletes. She is currently a candidate for CSCS Certification and is an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
